Walgreens has a nice selection for things you need quickly. But that urgency is going to cost you. While it's a great place to stop to quickly grab some office supplies, a soda, or a new lipstick it's not so great for buying frozen food. Their frozen pizzas and ice cream are not priced to move. They're priced high to capitalize on your desperation. I'm sure Walgreens makes most it's money on the 1 hr. photo and the pharmacy because usually the only thing I see people buying are cigarettes, a bag of chips, and a 2 liter of soda. But as I said if you need something bad enough, you'll pay up for it.
