my husband and I got married under a massive tree by the beach at the Waimea Plantation Cottages and it was nothing less than perfect. that night we got to stay at the plantation, they've converted all the old housing that used to be for the plantation workers into little cottages that are clean and beautiful. the ocean is right outside your door, or if you prefer you can take a dip in the pool!
