Fantastic Service Department 4/8/2014

I recently had to take my 2008 Hyundai Accent with 96,500 miles on it in for a front wheel bearing replacement. This is the third time as I recall that I have had to use their service department for warranty work. About a year ago the other side front wheel bearing had to be replaced as well. The other time was a brake light switch and rear hatch latch was rusty and sticking. Not one time did I have even a hint of a problem getting the needed repairs done. They never tried to deny warranty work or make any excuses. They were always prompt with the repairs and very, I mean very pleasant to deal with. Almost made me feel like I owned a Rolls Royce for something. Would strongly recommend both Waikem and Hyundai to anyone in need of their product and/or service. more

I have never had any problems @ the Hyundai service area or the sales floor. Everyone is courteous, helpful, friendly and not trying to push you into a hurried decision. more

The Service Advisor was very helpful in servicing my 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS. And the Service Department Staff was also cordial and friendly as well. While my vehicle was being serviced, I visited with John Melito, the salesman who originally sold me my car. And that made the service experience that much more enjoyable. Warranty issue 1/14/2014

I've been battling a warranty issue for months. It was the old adage of the car not doing or showing what was happening when it was in the repair shop. Finally, with the help of Hyundai corporate and Charlie in the Service Department, we've got it repaired properly. I will replace my 2nd vehicle with another Hyundai when the time comes thanks to the corporation standing behind their product and Charlie in the Service department! more
