I was very disappointed with Wahl when it appears from their website that, as a family business, they actually care about their customers and their work product. They don't. It took them THREE VISITS and $800 in labor and parts to determine that they couldn't fix my problem and I needed a new air conditioner and furnace. I paid that money thinking it would fix my problem. They wouldn't refund my money, but offered to credit only $500 toward a new system. The bidder seemed annoyed when we told him we would think about it. Sure enough, our other bidder provided us with a bid almost $1,000 less for the comparable Lennox version of the tax qualifying system for furnace and air conditioner. Worst of all, when I wrote a letter complaining, they wrote back with no apology and relied on misstatements of their inexperienced technician. Moreover, when we wrote another letter and made a phone call, they didn't respond and wouldn't even work with me for a compromise when I paid $800 for a problem they didn't fix. DO NOT USE THEM!!
