Boarded my sight-impaired 13 year old spaniel for 8 days over the Christmas holidays when my favorite kennel was full. The premises are clean and very home-like in the lobby area, and the staff is friendly and good to their guests. They keep the dogs in ""suites"" or individual rooms with glass doors, or they let them socialize in a larger room with other dogs if they get along. No complaints other than there is no one there at night and the pick up times are limited during holidays. We had to leave her an extra two days because there was no Sunday pick up and Monday was a holiday. They had staff to walk and feed the dogs, of course, but no office staff available to process payments or paperwork. All in all, a good experience. It remains our ""back-up"" boarding kennel and is really quite nice.
Pros: Clean facility, friendly staff, good care and no fleas!
Cons: Scheduling for pick-up can be challenging
