It reminds me of the old Helm's Bakery building in Culver City, CA where you can either browse through the antiques/collectibles or sit and have a bite to eat. I read an article in Sunday's paper about the new luncheonette and about the woman who runs it and her daughters. I don't remember her name, but she was a lovely woman that came by our table to make sure everything was all right. She was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries & chocolate shake. The burger patty was very thin, but tasty, the fries were delicious and so was the shake, although I didn't get much. It was nice to sit and dine and look all around - there's a lot to see! Lots of interesting memorabilia that takes you back. Out of five stars, I give it a 3 - i would definitely go back!
