We contacted Mr. Perry Knight of W. P. Knight & Son for washing machine repair and gave the technician a 4 hour window in which to arrive, 8:00 AM to Noon. At 12:50 PM he arrived. The technician took our service call money and said he could not fix it because he could not duplicate the problem. OK, I'll give them another chance. After the initial visit, and excuse for not fixing the problem, they would not return phone calls. I tried off and on (intermittently) for about 2 months. The tech would not call back, the owner would not call back, and the receptionist is well trained to say she just does not know when Mr. Knight will be in, "Try around noon tomorrow". All this in stark contrast to Mr. Knights extreme friendliness prior to the service call.
