My wife and I had been having an issue with our S80 that was driving us crazy. Our ETM, electronic throttle management, was not functioning properly. The Volvo Store, mainly Alex the shop foreman and Joel the service manager, fixed our problem. The car runs like it did when we first got it and all I have is praise for the people involved in fixing it. more

I hope to see everyone that writes a positive review of the Volvo Store starting on 2/11/2011 comes back in a year or two to write a follow up. The Volvo Store- rather than trying to improve their customer service simply solicited positive reviews by sending out a mass email on 2/11. Way to respond to your customers. more

I have been a loyal Volvo driver for 2 cars in a row now. I went out of my way, and only looked for Volvos when I was recently on the market for a newer used car. \r \r I had taken my car there when I purchased my first Volvo a little over 3 years ago. I wanted a simple inspection and road test of the car. Just to see what needed to be done, if anything. They where not outright rude.. but I did feel rather judged for bringing in an older model Volvo. Whispering service personal, funny looks, and a slightly arrogant attitude came with the drop off of the car. Took them 2 hours for a simple inspection when I had an appointment. When all was said in done the report came back with the most basic of "duh" stuff. Half the systems they where supposed to check where ether marked N/A, or had some over simplified, vague remark of no worth. The "expertly trained, certified Volvo tech" had neglected to write down any of the specifics of the engine check other than "Gettin' there". No, really, just " more

My wife and I have leased and driven 7 Volvos over last 10 years. We have had our Volvo cars serviced by 6 other Volvo dealers located in central part of Florida, from Orlando area to the Tampa Bay area. Volvo Store had the lowest quality service department of any of the 7 Volvo dealers that have serviced our cars. more

Don't bring your Volvo to The Volvo Store in Winter Park for service, especially if you're a woman. We were told we needed a new radiator and new transmission, at the low, low price of $6,000. We took it to another mechanic, who told us that not only was there nothing wrong with the radiator, but the transmission was working perfectly. They are extremely dishonest. We bring our car to Volvo of Tampa to be serviced now. It's a 2 hour drive for us, but at least we know we're not going to be ripped off. Cons: Terrible service more

We have driven 1-2 Volvos a year for the past 10 years. As a consequence, we've dealt with numerous Volvo dealers throughout Florida--Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa, Clearwater, Gainesville and Ocala. We wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone for service of their Volvo. more

Our Volvo purchase was hassle free and probably the fastest we've ever gotten out of a dealership. We took home a loaner car because ours needed to be cleaned up before they would release it. We've used their service crew as well since owning the car and they are top notch. more

Purchased a 2007 Volvo S40 from The Volvo Store of Winter Park in November of 2007. Was most inpressed with the selection of cars and the service provided. Our salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!! more
