I had several issues that needed to be resolved in regard to my 2006 Passat from another dealership in Iowa. Larry gave me his full attention and helped not only resolve the issues but helped me understand the problem with the car. He took care of the air conditioning issues, recall notices, and helped detect why the engine light was going on. The service work was completed on time and on budget. I was sour on VW prior to my experience . Now I am back as a future purchaser of a new Volkswagen in about 6 months and will continue to get my car serviced at Chapman Volkswaagen. Incidently, I live in Sierra Vista Arizona which is about 60 miles from the Chapman dealership.
