I had used Vogue Pro Nails for quite some time in the past and was very pleased. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, I could not get my nails done nor have pedicures during chemo. I went back a few weeks ago - after I finished chemo - to have my nails done and have a pedicure. I was so excited to be able to do this because I knew it would make me feel good about my nails and toes. My toes needed a refill due to chemo effects. I noticed that things seemed different after 6 months and I had a feeling of being out of sorts...uncomfortable. I was cut a few times during my nail session (not good). During my pedicure, the guy doing it could not understand English and was very rude. I felt really uncomfortable at this time. When I went to pay my bill, I was told that the amount due was $125. I was charged $78 for the pedicure. This was a no-frills pedicure. (Sorry, this is not River Oaks and they do not even charge that much...I work off of San Felipe.) I could not believe it but I paid my bill and left a tip and told myself I would never go back there again. I felt that I was taken advantage of and the service was very poor and the staff were very rude. I will not go back to this place again and my friends are very upset due to my situation and they are not going to go back as well.
Cons: Over Charging
