Vitae Med Spa

I have been going to Vitae Med Spa for almost a year now. I the reason I keep going back is because of the excellent staff as well as the great service. I have been to other places that have made me feel very uncomfortable, but the staff at Vitae have always treated me well and made me feel at ease. Dr. Bailes and Dr. Jennings are both very knowledgeable about the procedures they do. And they both have a very gentle hand. I rarely feel any pain, they try their best to make the procedures as painless as possible. The esthetician Lacy, is one of the best I have experienced. She is very professional and does a fantastic job. I have had laser treatments from her, and she makes sure I'm happy with my results. I recently sent a friend to her and my friend was very happy! I scheduled an appointment to meet with one of the owner/managers who didn't show up nor did he return my phone message. Pretty unprofessional I'd say. I wouldn't send my clients or go there as one. If they aren't professional enough to show or return a call what does that say about their services? There are too many great options to choose from in this town to waste time on someone unreliable. I get my hair done nearby Vitae Med Spa and about six months ago decided to give them a try for botox. I'm so glad I did! \r \r Since then I've had laser hair removal and a little bit of Restylane. The doctors there are excellent they took the time to consult with me and review my history before getting started. I even get follow-up calls from their staff just to make sure I'm completely satisfied (I wish my regular doctor did that...)\r \r I have recommended several of my friends to them and they all tell me about the great atmosphere at Vitae and how pleased they are with their result. On top of all that we're all very happy with the great prices they have! I'd never had any work done before getting botox but some of my friends had; they all rave about what a better value they get from Vitae compared to other places they?ve been. run far away! a waste of time and money! these people are complete jokes. the botox only lasts for 2 months if even that and even worst i had to get pay over $500 for CORRECTIVE botox at a REAL dermatologist office for the screw up that caused. i had ""jack nicholson"" type flare ups above my eyebrows and forehead, the dermatologists because they did not know how to inject it and diffuse it properly. really really horrible experience. not to mention sketchy as hell, they have their medical chair/supplies etc....in the same room where their office. the receptionist steps out when the ""doctor"" administers your botox or whatever. really, go somewhere legit, i cannot say that enough. more
