Friendly, Helpful, and Great Price 1/29/2014

Great customer service. Used the Chat service online and received great input on which tires would work best for my car for the type of driving (distance, usage, etc) I do. Price matched from an online vendor...would've given 5 stars had they matched the price without the S/H costs, but regardless very satisfied overall more

My car received routine maintenance (oil change, brake line flush, cabin air filter) and VA Tire also handled a check engine warning light triggered by a misfire. Instead of just replacing things that might have caused the misfire (and run up costs), VA Tire went the extra step to help minimize costs. So far, the car is fine. more

Once again Rob from Centreville went above and beyond to help us !! Had a flat tire and rob sent out a tire tech. Jonathan to help us get the tire off and replaced . He also put the tire back on for us!! Once again a very great experience !! more

Cheerful Diligent Service 1/28/2014

I am very grateful for Virginia Tire's attention to detail. I was on my way to Maryland for a business meeting and my tire pressure light came often. My car is finicky and this is usually due to temperature changes. I stopped without an appointment to get air in my tires. But the technician realized one tire was particularly low and found a slow leak caused by a nail. They were able to patch the tire while I waited. So grateful I stopped and they caught the issue before I had a flat! more

Overall Good job! 1/26/2014

Through a cooperative agreement with County Transmission in Vienna, my 2006 Explorer is running again. One issue was the issue with my transmission was noted several weeks before it completely failed but when I took the dashboard indicator in to Centreville Tire&Auto to check it out, they said nothing was wrong. Clearly, transmissions are not their expertise and I believe they should've sent to County to be checked. more
