Tire pressure with oil changes 1/13/2014

This place is good and getting better...but. One thing they have been unable to fix, despite my mentioning it every time I get an oil change, is the apparent unwillingness of their technicians to take the time to ensure the air pressure in the tires is what is recommended on the manufacturers panel on the door. They always fill each tire to the max pressure listed on the tires and I always have to let air out of the tires when I get home to ensure they are at recommended pressure. more

Went above and beyond to service car 1/12/2014

The mechanic/technician (named Ed) went above and beyond to fix my car. Great place to get oil changed, work done, etc. Trustworthy and don't try and get money out of you for every little thing. Will definitely continue to go back to this shop. more

Shuttle is great to take you home. Everyone was really nice. I appreciated that the mechanic was honest about the problem and what it would cost to fix the problem. It can be hard to trust mechanics sometimes . more

Had work done to my car at the Centreville location in 12/22/2013 and I was beyond satisfied. Geoff had the best customer service and he was delightful. I only trust VA Tire & Auto if Centreville for my auto needs more

I needed 4 new tires in a big hurry before a family road trip. I found VA Tire very close by and was able to get an appointment of my choice in under 24 hours. From phone, to desk, to the service tech everyone was totally professional and honest. They did not try to charge me for sevices i did not need. And their hours are convenient for anyone's schedule. more

I took my car in to get a tire fixed. As always they have great customer service, very attentive. It took no time to get paperwork done and repairs were done I fast. Their service hours and free shuttle service are extremely convenient. more

When I walked in, Rob was walking toward the door that I had entered. He asked what he could do to help, I told him and he took care of it right away. I needed a shuttle and was able to get a ride immediately. more
