My daughter's boyfriend (DB) went to Dr. Dolce a few years ago for a consultation for some cosmetic work. (Cosmetic work that would have totaled a LOT of money, by the way.) He liked Dr. Dolce and what he had to say, the procedures needed, etc. But when it came down to price, DB almost fell off the chair. When he told Dr. Dolce that he wanted to get another opinion, Dr. Dolce started giving an attitude. Even after DB decided to go with Dr. Dolce, Dr. Dolce never dropped the initial attitude--so DB left.
I'm sure Dr. Dolce is good at what he does--that's probably why he developed the attitude, but if I'm going to pay you hundreds--even thousands--of dollars on something that will take multiple visits, I expect you to be on your best behavior.
