We are a member of the Village Plumbing partner plan that we pay an annual fee for. We had an appointment scheduled for this morning. No one showed up. My wife called late morning...

Failure to Show 2/7/2020

We are a member of the Village Plumbing partner plan that we pay an annual fee for. We had an appointment scheduled for this morning. No one showed up. My wife called late morning and was told that no one was available to service our and other scheduled appointments today. No call and no show. Ridiculous. Prior service had been expensive but good. more

Excessively Over Priced 9/30/2019

Unless you have money to burn, don't use Village Plumbing! I have used them, and In my opinion, they are excessively over priced! Replaced my shower faucet cartridge and charged me over $400. more

A complete and total rip off. They wanted over 300 dollars for a capacitor. which cost less then $20 and they can get them cheaper then that I am sure. I am an electrician once he told me the problem I expected $50 for the repair since they already charge $175 just to drive up. Changing a capacitor take 5 min slide off two wires remove one screw and replace. To recap the bill was going to be over $500 for a worker being here less then 1/2 hours and a $20 part. more

courteous, professional, and efficient 8/31/2011

Hi Monica, I called Village Plumbing this morning and the person who answered was very nice. Then they got somebody over to our house by 9:30! The man was extremely courteous, professional, efficient, and willing to explain our problem and what he was going to do to fix it. His name is Chris Welkey. He did a great job and we are so grateful. I have already told my mother and my sister to call Village Plumbing the next time they need a plumber. Thank you,T~ more

Saved my AC 8/25/2011

I had an AC problem right before I was scheduled to have a pretty big family party at my house. I called Village Plumbing and Tony came to my house. He worked very hard to get the problem fixed, when he could not get the parts in right away he was able to temporarily fix the problem so that I could have AC in time for my gathering. I am grateful for his service and I will call on them every time I need to in the future. more

diagnosed the problem and took care of it 8/25/2011

After interviewing 3 other companies we were baffled at the dishonesty and creepiness factor exhibited by the service technicians (not to mention outrageous estimates!). David from Village Plumbing was prompt courteous and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it. We will use Village Plumbing for any future maintenance we require.I would definitely recommend you to someone else Many thanks Village Plumbing and thanks David! JC more

It seems like customer service is a lost art these days. It still surprises me that companies don't take customer service seriously. It was so refreshing to have a great customer service experience...no matter how bad my plumbing issues are. more

They got me service on Saturday 8/1/2011

Robert Ramirez did a great job in every way. I was told by another company sent by American Home Shield that they could not clear the line and would need to dig up the yard and replace the pipe for about $3000. Robert got the job done in less than an hour although it was not easy. He is a thorough professional and a nice guy. Also the lady who was answering the phone calls (not a machine) was a pleasure to deal with and got me service on Saturday as well. Thanks for the great service in all areas. Would you recommend us to someone else? Yes Comments I would not deal with another company after this experience. more

Ms. Ryan -- I am writing to let you know how pleased we have been with your employees and their service in our home every single time we have used Village Plumbing. Your employees have always been unusually respectful and helpful. They always seem to know what they are doing and what must be done, but I never feel as if they are trying to push something that we don't need. They do their work efficiently and well and are extremely professional about it. Having dealt with service personnel over many years of home-owning and home repairs, I have said repeatedly that your staff is the best I've ever met. I am aware that that kind of good service doesn't come without a conscious effort on the staff and their leadership.
