Village Animal Clinic

This office is wonderful! We switched to Village Animal Clinic with our two dogs because everyone of the staff is kind, caring, smart and are always there for us with reasonable advice when we need them. Dr. Tom Kavanagh and Dr. Alanna Thompson take the time to really think about what is best for our pets. They even saved our dog from a surgery by knowing that he could heal on his own, and he did. I am a doctor too, and Village Animal Clinic cares their patients the way I would want my own office to treat the families who come to us. Thank you Dr. Kavanagh And Dr. Thompson! more

The staff at this place are a bunch of idiots. They lied to me over the phone and lost my appointment. Said they would accept an expired coupon but did not. Did not care that I came in at all. Do yourself a favor, don't trust these clowns with your beloved pet. Very glad I left before anything happened to my family members. Don't go HERE!!! more

Made an appointment at this clinic to have my dogs examined using a coupon that I was told they would accept but that was a lie! They didn't even have us scheduled for the appointment at all. To make matters worse, none of the staff present seemed to care at all. The most unprofessional vet office I have ever had the misfortune to walk into. Thank goodness I didn't let these clowns touch my boys. Think twice before you take your loved ones to this place. Any other local vet office is better than this joint. more

I had the displeasure of taking my dog to this office for 2 years while I lived in Farmington because it was down the street. Every time I went in the staff was tolorably friendly and they did their job. NO ONE there seems to have any passion for animals though. I would always have to dodge ""extras"" they wanted to sell me. It was bareable for a while until I had a simple question for the vet assistant about my dogs skin and she got the vet to answer-- the vet proceeded to tell me basically it could be anything without actally listening to me and then tried to sell me $150 in stuff to see it if would help. THEN they charged me $45 because the vet talked to me for 10 minutes... which I didn't actaully even request her to do. Plus, I could have had better luck on Google to find an answer. Bottom line, if you want to pay more to have uncaring staff treat you like your taking a car in for repair and not your fuzzy family member to the doctor, go ahead and go here. Pros: They do teeth cleaning Cons: They are there to sell you stuff and that's it more
