I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years and i have had no better experience than with Villa Rica Pawn Shop. They are professional, knowledgable and people of integrity. They are good Christian people who practice their faith in business. Thanks Villa Rica Pawn for restoring my faith in pawn shops. more

I bought several items from Villa RicaPawn shop last fall and everythimg has been great. The tools worked perfectly. I would highly recommend. They are not only honest but they are good Christians. more

Friendly, knowledgable, and honest 10/10/2011

Love this place, bought my Glock from here and not only was the customer service great, but they showed me how to take it apart and give it that deep cleaning. That alone was above what the store should have done. I have sent all my friends there and my mom from out of town and all said the same, GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. Can't wait to visit again to pick up my next gun. Calvin more

Great service and honest dealings 10/10/2011

I had a gun that I bought online transferred through Villa Rica Pawn shop. Dennis handled my transaction and was very professional. They had a great price for transferring the rifle and there was no problems. Also I had some dealings when I was trying to sell some silver I had and I was given a very fair offer. When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for I even got a great referral from these guys. I have recommended family and friends to this pawn shop for different reasons. The guys over at Villa Rica Pawn Shop deal honestly and you can feel good about doing business with them. Thanks for being a business that represents professionalism and honesty in a time where you don't see that much. This pawn shop has earned my business as a lifetime customer! -Chris more

Not only has Villa Rica been an answer to prayer when I was going through a difficult time, but they also showed me Christian brotherly love and respect. I have bought multiple items from Villa Rica Pawn Shop over the past year and am extremely satisfied not only with the purchases I've made, but with how the employees care for their customers. You can tell that the owner and employees understand that good business is about taking care of people. They will bend over backwards to help you, and to make you are taken care of. At the Villa Rica Pawn Shop, you're not just another number walking through the doors, you're a part of their family. There isn't a better shop around, and I highly recommend checking them out! more

Great Customer Service and atmosphere 10/10/2011

I would like to say that Villa Rica pawn shop has provided great customer service for many years. I have dealt with the Browns since the mid 90's and they have always been fair to me and my family. I would like to add that the prices are fair and reasonable and they give the most for my jewelry and gold pieces! Also they have a great selection of firearms and they told me if they didn't have it they could order whatever I wanted! Great service guys and I will be purchasing from you again! Great atmosphere and nice Christian people. more

I think it is really sad when you have ""customers"" (NOT) who have created several profiles on this City Search to purposely try to destroy the reputation of the Villa Rica Pawn Shop....just because you don't like the fact that it is a CHRISTIAN business. All these reviews are lies and the owner of this pawn shop is a FIVESTAR MAN with more integrity and character than the liars that are trying to deceive you. Don't be mindless, just stop in the shop yourself and judge by YOUR experience. People with an agenda are out in full force to undermind, destroy and are full of hate to bash Christian companies. VILLA RICA PAWN SHOP is one of THE only places where you will get the TRUTH, get FAIR prices, AWESOME customer SERVICE...and if you need prayer, you can ask for it and get it there as well. Bad service from bad people = Fail boat arrival 9/25/2011

I was in there this past weekend and witnessed a phone conversation between an employee and the mystery man over the phone. The shop would not, no they refused to listen to the customers complaint because supposedly the gun was sold on a ""PRIVATE"" deal for one of the employees. I will never enter this place of biz again nor will I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a pawn store. Can't take care of their customers it is just ludicrous for them to even be in business any more. I hope they get their comeuppance. Oh and their prices are rather high compared to other shops in town. 230$ high point, yeah that will happen. more

Like another of his friends said, you just alienated yourself from about 8500 of his friends who COULD HAVE BEEN potential customers of your shop, but after LYING about biglew0923 who by the way is NOT another pawn shop and ripping him off, you will NOT be getting ANY of MY business EVER!!! Do NOT deal with this shop!!! 9/24/2011

I bought a Mini-14 from Phil who works at the Villa Rica Pawn Shop. Upon inspection of the rifle, it seemed fine and in good working order. I purchased the rifle and went to shoot it yesterday with a factory load ammo purchased at wal-mart. Had no problems on the first 20 round magazine. I loaded the next 30 round magazine and shot a couple of rounds when all of a sudden the bolt would not go all the way forward. I cleared the rifle, but the bolt refused to seat into the chamber. The bolt was stopping short about an inch from the chamber. I got home and discovered the Gas Piston had come out of the Gas block and was blocking the slide assembly. I called the shop and was told it was a private sale between Phil and I and that I would need to talk to him. I went to the shop today and Phil said the shop sold guns ""as is."" So I guess they are confused on how their sales work, or just giving me the run around. Either way, I would not recommend anyone set foot in that shop. Only reason for one star is because no stars is not an option! more
