Dr. Vidan and his staff are wonderful! I had a car accident and couldn't move my neck. Dr. Vidan worked with me and even though I will never be 100%, Dr. Vidan got me back to where I have my life back! more

Dr. Alex Vidan (FYI- The above name is spelled incorrectly) is great! He is very cautious and will do a full assessment, including x-rays, before performing any type of adjustment to your neck or spine. Being an emergency room nurse, I highly respect all of the precautions he performed before my treatment plan. \r Dr. Vidan is very personable and answered all of my questions. Hey, I am a mother of six boys and we are new to the St. Louis area. I was originally looking for a chiropractor closer to my home, but I do not like to go to someone without a recommendation. My husband was prior military so we've had to move a lot and pick new doctors, dentist, and churches along the way (11 moves to be exact). Well, I found out from a group of people about this office. I have been to a Chiropractor before and had a great experience, but I found with Vidan Family Chiropractic that they were even more thorough, professional, truly caring and patient (remember I have six kids!). They checked each member of my family (children ages 17-3) and worked with us to get us all the services that we needed. I am so glad that we are patients with Vidan Family Chiropractic. The environment at Vidan Family Chiropractic is truly wonderful! Not only are the doctors personable, but they genuinely care about each practice member and have a personal relationship with every patient. My wife and I have been practice members for over 2 years with Vidan Family chiropractic and we have nothing but praise for them. Rarely do any doctors in this day and age take the time, care and consideration that both Dr. Alex and Dr. Sara Vidan take with their members. They listen to what you have to say, give great advice and are always helpful. This is a quality practice with quality people and we would refer anyone their way. more

Unfortunately I cannot give a rating of the chiropracters in this office. I never got past ""Mia"" who answered the phone claiming to be the office manager. She came off as a rude, arrogant, know-it-all who took herself far too seriously for an office that specializes in chriopractic work.\r \r She was unwilling to listen to or answer any of my questions and refused any offer I made to help correct the situation. She then became defensive and argumentative when she realized the the error she was insisting that I had made, was actually her fault. She got even worse when she realized that she had no choice but to correct it. I finally hung up on her because I was getting absoluelty no where and couldn't believe that any person with her abrasive, difficult personality would be hired into a position of working with people who are injured or in pain.\r \r I realize that anyone can have a bad day, but this was not the first interaction I had with her. I have found her to be the same on the two other occasions, as well. more
