My wedding dress alterations from a different boutique were a disaster so I called Victoria's Bridal 2 days before my wedding desperately hoping they could help. Victoria's Bridal's seamstress fixed my dress and made it fit, whereas the original seamstress at the other boutique had said it wasn't possible. My gown was altered within a few hours at a very reasonable price and I was exceptionally happy with both their customer service and the quality of the alterations. more

I was absolutely delighted with the service and expertise at Victoria's Bridal. I bought my dress over the internet and it was a nightmare because it was too small and ill fitting. I took it in to Debra at Victoria's bridal and she worked wonders and made me feel beautiful. I had been so stressed out about it and they totally made me feel at ease. Totally recommend them. I purchased my dress at David's Bridal (which I regret) and decided not to have it altered there. I came across Victoria's Bridal at the Seattle Wedding Show. They had a wonderful display of gowns that caught my eye. I called their alterations dept. and asked if they could change the top of my dress to a sweetheart neckline and to take it in around the bust line. They wouldn't quote me a price over the phone so I took it directly to them. I showed the alterations woman a picture of what I wanted the neckline to look like. She didn't ask me any questions and was far from warm and friendly. I felt rushed and awkward as she pinned my dress. I came back two weeks later only to find out that she did a terrible job on the neckline...the top was misshapen and lopsided. Once I had the dress on I realized that she had taken it in around the waist rather than around the bust. The material was bunching around the waist when I tried it on. I asked her to fix the neckline and she told me to come back in two weeks. Two weeks later I came back and the top looked worse. $170.00 later I decided to get out of there and have someone else fix my dress. I regret taking it to Debra! I was very excited to find a beautiful wedding dress at Victoria's but my enthusiasm turned to extreme disappointment when the dress arrived almost a month after the date I was quoted, the sales employees completely ignored me when I went to pick up the dress, and the 3 weeks quoted to get the dress cleaned and preserved took over two months. If customer service and timing is at all a concern to you for the most important (and probably most expensive) clothing purchase you'll ever make, don't buy your dress here. Great place to get your wedding gown. Of all the places I had looked the dresses were very afordable for the quailty. The staff was warm and helpful. The alterations were perfect and my dress was ready in perfect time for my wedding. Would recomend to anyone looking for a bridal gown! more

Ordering the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding at Victorias Bridal was an absolute nightmare! They are extremely unprofessional, rude and have no sense of customer service. Two different employees completely mis-measured two out of four of the bridesmaids and when we received the dresses they were two sizes to big. To make it worse, the in-house alterations did a nightmare job on re-sizing both of the dresses and I had to take them to an out-of-house alterations shop to have then fixed and for the most part completely redone. I ordered the dresses 5 months before my wedding and my maid-of-honor didnt receive her dress until 4 days before my wedding. I strongly encourage any bride to shop for bridesmaids dresses elsewhere. To make it worse, the employees and manager/owner of the store showed NO remorse for all of the troubles they caused and were rude throughout the entire process.
