My wife recently passed away after 40 plus years of marriage and left me in charge of two houses we owned. I was referred to Mr Waid as the attorney to handle any estate problems I may have by my personal attorney. Attorney Waid terminated the joint tenancies on both houses, transferred them into a Trust; in addition he prepared a Durable Power of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directive for me. I am very satisfied with the professional attorney services he provided to me for my estate plan. -F. Small more
