While Viceroy is not a gluten-free restaurant, nor does it even have a specifically gluten-free menu, it's one of the few places I am always able to eat without getting ill. Very few menu items contain gluten, and, more importantly, one of their waiters is allergic to gluten -- so I've always gotten complete, accurate and POLITE answers on what is and isn't safe for me to eat there. Do be aware that some dishes are garnished with a breadstick, so be sure to tell your waiter about your gluten sensitivity. They're really great about it.
