Vermillion Bistro used to feature a menu identical to the downtown location- but in order to better serve the WLR clientele they decided to transform themselves into an Italian restaurant. Dinner starts off with a wonderful complimentary appetizer featuring crusty bread accompanied by an assortment of spreads.
The salads were spectacular featuring light vinagrettes, fresh mozzarella and roasted walnuts.
The dinner itself was fair; I'm not certain if it was the dinners we selected, (marinated duck and pork tenderloin), but the dishes all seeme a little heavy on balsamic vinegar.
The creme brulee was, in a word, awesome.
