My house was being remodeled and a friend suggested the Venice Beach House. I called and was helped by a friendy woman on the phone. When i arrived I was amazed. I have lived in Venice for 12 years and never knew this charming place was here. It was fantastic. My four days were wonderful. The location was perfect and the staff was so friendly. They called me by my name. (more then i ever got at a famous chain hotel i usually stay at) All in all i now make sure my out of town visitors stay at the Venice Beach House. Pros: location, price, service more

My stay was perfect! The ocean breeze filled my room. The staff were polite and very attentive. A block away were many fine restaurants! Location and comfort is #1 Pros: location, staff, service Cons: none, none, none more

Rest after LOvely Wedding 8/12/2002

The manager was warm and paid attention to every detail. The room, The Olympic is large and tastefully decorated in Victorian Style. We lounged around the cool porch until we were rested even thoug we had slept like babies. The mattress was just right. The area and environment is very quiet at night. Pros: good parking, COMFORTABLE, budget priced more
