I chose Elberta's for my boyfriends 30th b-day dinner. The issue that I had was not with the food but with the customer service. The month before the dinner I was planning the menu with Erica (owner) and Natasha (assistant manager). I was told that the menu did not include drinks and would be an extra charge per person which I agreed to. \r
At the end of the night of the dinner I dawned on me that no announcement was made about the unlimited soft drinks, none were brought to the table which is what I was told would happen by Natasha and that my sister was charged for soft drinks which were already paid for by me. \r
Seeing that we had six guests at the dinner who were underage I believe soft drinks were appropriate. I sent TWO emails about this the day after the party and have received from Elberta two promotional emails to come back and eat but none that addressed the situation. Before I paid my bill for the party I was getting rapid fire responses, now that the event is done and the money is paid I've had nothing but dead air. Mind you I wasn't even asking for my money back, a credit or at least an acknowledgement that you screwed up would have been nice. Neither has happened. Very disappointed.
