Velociter Wireless provided our service when my family was living in a rural area. They assured me that moving isn't a problem with the contract. When my family moved into town, (3 blocks from the Velociter Wireless office) they sent 2 technicians over to ""study"" my new house. They told me that I couldnt get a signal and then they left. They didnt try to see if there were options for us, nor did they plan to re-test. I went to the office to speak with Scott VanderDussen, the owner, and he was rude and insistent that I pay out my contract. As a single mom, paying for an internet connection that I cannot receive for 8 months is impossible. I cannot believe how rude they were and their unwillingness to find a solution is disappointing. I do not recommend this company.
