After spending thousands of dollars at this vet clinic for routine as well as emergency surgery (and the staff was kind and helpful), I one day needed an ear infection checked out for my dog - which they did. I have a vet credit card which didn't process correctly and they publicly shamed me and kept me and my dog hostage for about an hour. Eventually they "let me go" with a payment plan and much admonishment; I paid them promptly. However, before I could "break up" with them, they wiped me from their mailing list. I had had one emergency surgery for over a thousand dollars done there, and had paid up front... If they want to do business like that, fine. But they lost a loyal customer (I'd even recommended their services prior to this incident). I think if they are going to be like that, they should require payment before any services occur. And had I not been able to pay over 1000 dollars the day my dog needed it? I'm assuming they would have turned me away... If you need a payment plan, or flexibility, don't go there!
