My pet has to be on regular meds. I asked if i could get a prescription so i could get it elsewhere to get a better price. (I found it for a 1/3 of what they charge) They said ...

boooooo 6/13/2011

Ok, I'm really disappointed with this vet clinic. I've been coming here for 3 years. I brought my dog in for his first puppy evaluation 3 years ago and have been coming here ever since. Two weeks ago he had something removed from his behind. the surgical wound didn't stay closed because the vet did a poor job of stitching it. When I took him back they charged me a boatload to redress the wound. Now if you do a crappy job, shouldn't everything that comes after to remedy that crappy be job be covered by the first payment. more

Dr. Zoryan 10/9/2009

Love Dr. Zoryan!! She is super nice, compassionate, and knows her stuff. I def. recommend her if you're in the area! The other vets are also great. Front staff is fine, it seems like they have a lot to handle at once. more

Good Experience, nice doctor and staff 12/4/2008

I had a good experience here. Would definitely recommend this vet. It was a little expensive, but the staff and doctors were very nice and helpful. I called because my cat had a loose tooth. I called at 8 a.m. and they were able to see her at 10 a.m. The tooth had to be pulled and the doctor also suggested having her teeth cleaned. I didn't want her to have anesthesia for teeth cleaning and it just so happened that the guy who does anesthesia-free cleaning was there that day. He's only there once a month and he was able to squeeze my cat into his schedule. The technicians and office staff were very friendly also. Pros: nice doctor and staff, worked in for appt. quickly Cons: a little expensive more

All they care about is money 8/7/2007

I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the past year for my cat and my bunny. Yesterday I wanted an appointment to get my bunny's nails trimmed. It's "hospital policy" to require a yearly check up for bunnies before they can do any grooming. My bunny was there 18 months ago for a check up. He lives alone, inside. He isn't sick. He doesn't need a checkup (for $60 I might add). Furthermore they couldn't take me this week anyway and I'm leaving town. The guy on the phone was very rude and refused to let me speak to a doctor about a possible exception to this idiotic "policy". He said she'd call me back, which of course, she didn't. They clearly don't care about animals, only about money. more

loves to make money off their customers 7/18/2007

My pet has to be on regular meds. I asked if i could get a prescription so i could get it elsewhere to get a better price. (I found it for a 1/3 of what they charge) They said i had to make an appointment with one of the vets even though my pet is their once a month and gets all his regular checkups there. so after i paid for the visit they then decided, 'no' they wouldn't give me the prescription so that i could benefit by getting the exact same medication elsewhere. But they are okay with me bringing in my pet to get the same meds from them for triple the price. It's times like these when you feel like just another number they can make money off of instead of realizing the big picture that we've been going there over 3 years and would've continued, but not now, we're changing vets. Hopefully to someone with a little more compassion about helping pet owners keep unnecessary costs down. Pros: convenient location for Glendale Cons: uncooperative in regards to cost, small parking lot, see comments, doctors not always available more

Good Care 3/6/2006

It's hard to find a good animal hospital around here. I find it harder to leave my pet in someone else's care who might not care for my rabbit as much as I do. I gave satisfactory rating to this place because I found everything just average - from customer service to treatment to staff. Nothing beyond. more
