I went back twice on diffferent days just to see.....
Both times and my bill was on both occassions more than $200 so it wasn't just me being an annoying customer wasting their time but the gentleman in question never once greeted me or on observation greeted anyone else who entered with a smile or a good morning or any word of decent human customer service- Neither did the lady sitting there- Both stoned faced maybe I thought they have both received bad news- deaths in the family or are suffering from post traumatic stress from the cries and afflictions of their patients. But a week later they were both there- Both aloof- No such thing as a good morning- nothing- he is the real stone walled faced person and apologies if he suffers from myasthasia Gravis or some paralytic condition which disallows him to smile...Darien Animal Hospital kindly train your front office staff in human relations. I dont expect nor want a fake pasted on smile but an inner warmth showing through-A genuine concern for myself and animals- because I know you are good people but to a stranger it is not apparant by your front desk staff. Thank You! and thank yiu for your good service to my pets-
