Both times that I have shopped for appliances at Vann's, I thought I was being herded. When asked what type of washer I wanted, I replied Whirlpool. So why did the guy talk for 15 minutes without pause about what a great design Maytag offered? And next time, the same thing with a dishwasher? I don't know what kinds of rewards Maytag offers the salespeople, but one of them won't be my business.
