This dealership is the worst dealership in Rochester, they have very awful sales team, I wanted to purchase a new car and trade in old, the transaction lasted two weeks and was told at the last day that they cant make the deal after adjusting trade in value twice. They are not well informed of what they do. Looks like they just went to the street and pull people together no dealership experience and very arrogant team. Best advice, stay away from the dealership! alternatively if you want to experience very bad service just for record then check them out and remember to ask for Jay. I guarantee you he will set the record for you.
