I have been trying to purchase something via Mail order from Van Engelen for some time. After numerous emails and phone message voice mails, I finally get an email saying they can't help me.
I asked why and they say they were sold out. When I responded back by phone, I was put on hold for an unusually long time. The wait finally got to me and I hung up.
I emailed saying that I was disappointed in their POOR service and how they handled a potential new customer. If they do not want to do mail order business, I wish they would stop sending me their catalog of deceiving bulbs and plants.
