My family signed up on our HMO expecting for the worst but hoping for the best. I was very satisfied. I was able to schedule all my families appointments for the same day whether it was to see the dentist, orthodontis or hygienist. This totally took the frustration of taking many days off of work. The office is very clean and well run. The care I received was top quality. I had a broken tooth that needed a root canal and crown. They were able to have me see their root canal specialist right away and then have Dr Michael Kim do the crown before the anesthesia wore off. I didn't feel a thing. One week later I returned to have the crown cemented and cleaning done. My crown feels and looks great. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants great quality all in one location. I finally found a great office that accepts my HMO. I had my doubts when I switched from my PPO to a HMO. I was expecting the worst but was totally surprised. Not only was the facility clean and high tech, but the staff was very helpful and professional in explaining my benefits. They told me that certain procedures needed to be preauthorized. I had the choice of paying in advance and getting reimbursed once the office received the reimbursement form my insurance or to wait several weeks to hear back from my insurance. I chose to pay in advance due to the fact that I was in a lot of pain. The office sent me back the reimbursement immediately the moment my insurance was able to process my claim. I do not know why the previous review had a hard time, but I would assume it was the insurance company delaying the reimbursement. My whole family has now been going here for several months. It has been very easy and convenient for me because they have all the specialist on staff their so that I don't have to take my kids to see an orthodontis. I also had a very bad experience with this office. On my first visit, I've specifically request for a check up and cleaning done on the same day which receptionist confirmed. However, when I got to the office, I was told that their hygienist wasn't working that day and I was rescheduled. I was also told that I needed 3 fillings done on my molars. Well, I went back for the cleaning and for the fillings, bad mistake. On my second visit, the office was over booked and I was rushed the entire treatment. Dr. Hendricks worked on my fillings and I heard complaints from both Dr. Hendricks and her assistant during my treatment how it was ridiculous to over book at 4:00 including my 3 fillings and cleaning. I felt very uncomfortable hearing the complaints and started to worry about the efficiency of her work. Because the assistant was constantly moving in and out of the treatment room, I had to hold my own suction tube to drain my own saliva (unbelievable). When I was done, I was so glad and thought to myself that I would never come to this office again. Well, things started to fall apart. Because Dr. Hendricks was too busy complaining about the amount of patients waiting in the waiting room, she's done a horrible work on my teeth. One of the filling she's done fell right off on the same night where I had to go back (missing work again) to get it fixed. Few days later, the pain I had on the other tooth got worse and I had to go back to the office again (for the 3rd time) to re-examine the fillilng done on the other tooth. It turns out that when the filling was done, because it was so close to the nerve (which she never mentioned), my nerve started to expose. I now will need a root-canal + crown to get rid of the pain I have. I wish I never went back for the treatment because I'm now sitting with a painful tooth that I'm hoping for some miracle that it heals somehow in time just until I switch my dental insurance and go back to my regular dentist. No matter how desperate you are, please don't go see Dr. Hendricks. I think she's very unprofessional and inexperienced. Cons: inexperienced dentist more

This office is terrible. They insisted things that my insurance covered were not covered and I must pay hundreds more than my insurance said I should be paying. After offering to send a copy of my ins paperwork to the Wyndhamsmith's office I was told, ""You should find a new dentist because it is obvious you don't trust your dentist office as much as you trust some person on the phone at the insurance company."" I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. That is what I was told. When I called my ins again to let them know I was now going to need a new dentist and why my kind insurance rep herself called the dental office. I'm sure it won't shock the reader to discover the Wyndhamsmith's office suddenly changed their tune and said services were covered. \r \r Now of course I do not want to go back there to get the work done, and I am stuck paying for the x-rays I had taken.
