DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator and had them delivered. First, they didn't give me a time on delivery, and didn't deliver until 2 days after they told me they would deliver. Second, they gave me the washer and dryer with RUSTED hoses for the washer. This could've caused a major flood inside my house and left a lot of damage because my washer and dryer are upstairs. They had the wrong cord attached to the dryer, it was 3 prong, but it wasn't even a dryer cord! It was from a different appliance. The refrigerator didn't get cold from the start. They have a 3 month warranty on the fridge, but will not come and get it, I have to pay for transport back. Even though they gave me a fridge that wasn't working properly from the start. They should've made sure the fridge was working before putting it up for sale. They have terrible customer service, when we called the guy didn't care at all and told us oh well. We have to buy a whole new fridge. This place is a rip off. And I didn't go cheap either, I spent $2000 at the store to make sure I was getting good stuff. I should've bought new. more

I had a nice set of front loaders and wanted to sell them so i stopped in on friday Jason told me bring then in first thing in the morning ill have my tec look at them and make a offer so i was there at 9am to be told it would be 4 pm before they would give me a answer (i told them i lived 40min away on fri)so of course end of hours come no call ..Mon call three times talk to whoever answered and said they would get back to me NEVER DID now tues and no responce im waiting on the money to put toward a new set they new that but dont care this is a night mare it was meant to avoid the ksl hassle that now seems so easy go SOMEWHERE ELSE this is ridiculous i i fully plan to move forward with this being how the took my set never paid ummm thats not okay. Unprofessional and i will gladly use ksl to sell or buy any day!!! more

Recently bought a Thermador range and dishwasher. I worked with Ivan and highly recommend him he helped me select the right range (I had been looking hard at Wolf). He took the time to really show me the models and compare and contrast while another store barely paid any attention and didn't seem to have interest in answering my questions (when looking at PREMIER ranges). \r Delivery of the range and dishwasher went a little less smoothly, as the delivery team came more than 2 hours later than originally promised. When they arrived, however, they did a good job installing both appliances.\r I will probably be a repeat customer. more

Don't let the simple store front fool you - the deals inside are very, very good. We got a 20+ cubic foot name-brand fridge with ice maker for under $300. Granted, it wasn't the newest model, but it was in great shape and is perfect for what we needed. \r Also, when we talked to the sales guy, he said that if we wanted the fridge, we should get it because things don't last long around there. We went and ran another quick errand and came back a couple of hours later, and there was a customer sitting there contemplating buying our fridge already! I *actually* said, ""We want the fridge - we've got cash in hand!"" They hadn't even had it long enough to get it fully refurbished, so they kept it for about a week before delivering it a few days ago. Mike made sure that the fridge was clean and functioning before he sent it out the door. Long story short, if you like something, you'd better buy it right then or it probably won't be there when you get back.\r more

Warning! DO NOT choose to even consider this business. Read and heed the negative reviews. I was charged $150 in damages after I lifted up one side of a microwave that was sitting unsecured on top of a refrigerator and it crashed to a concrete floor. The ""showroom"" is a trashy, cluttered and actually very dangerous place for adults. I would never allow children in the place. more

My husband and I were shopping for a used washer and\r \r dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very \r \r impressed until we found the USA Appliance Store.\r \r When we entered this store and looked at the washer and \r \r dryer sets, I first thought that they were all new sets! \r \r We were greeted by Mike, I had many questions which he \r \r answered without hesitation, he asked a few questions and \r \r then showed us three or four washer and dryer sets that \r \r would meet our needs. \r \r He explained all the features and how these machines \r \r work, he took us back in the shop where he showed us a \r \r washer and dryer that they were checking, cleaning and \r \r preparing for sale. \r \r I have never seen the inside of a washer or dryer and I \r \r was very impressed as he explained some tips on how to \r \r care and maintain these appliances without much effort.\r \r We purchased a very nice set and had it delivered the same day. \r \r I am very glad that we found this place and I highly \r \r recommend you to visit the USA Appliance Store and \r \r decide for yourself! more

NEVER!!! I mean Never go to this place. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY< WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! Heed this warning or be sorely disappointed. Here is the tale of woe. We bought a washing machine in December. Due to some medical issues I was in no shape to take this appliance to my home and asked for the delivery. I made sure to specify that there needed to be 2 people to deliver as my wash room is on the 2nd floor. Upon arrive 1.5 hours after the delivery time of 6pm one guy shows. Forcing me to help him not only take my washer out but the new one up. I thought hey for the $220 I spent I will over look. Then a month and a half after the washer wont spin!!!! I call and have to argue with the guy to send someone to fix this in my home as I could not get the washer to them to repair. They finally said that they would send someone out for the small fee of $75.00 30% of what I spent!!! How does this make sense, well I signed the paper so it does. They finally relent and send someone out. it took 5 minutes to fix and I am happy. Now another 1.5months later same issue. I call and speak to a dick named Mike who in his smug way decides to spout policy of paperwork. They do not care, they make money off of selling crappy machines then charging $75 to fix it time after time. Right now if I were to have paid the $75 fee to have them fix it I would be at $370 go buy a new one or buy somewhere else. These guys are the worst!!!! STAY AWAY!! CRAPPY!!! CRAPPY!!!! more

\r \r LOVE THIS PLACE!\r \r As to the people complaining, you are getting a GREAT deal on used stuff, so of course it's gonna be scratched, etc.\r \r We had to get a VERY specific sized stackable washer/dryer for our condo.\r \r They delivered it and installed it, which was backbreaking work to fit into a tight spot. They were professional and nice.\r \r When we noticed it was missing the lint guard, they told us to stop by any time and they gave us one. No problem.\r \r We had one issue with the washer. They came the next day to repair it- easy!\r \r Great customer service!\r \r \r If you want to save money and buy used appliances, this is the place for you! more

Bought a washing machine and took it back to hook it up. It wouldn't even fill up with water and was not functional. I took it back the next morning and USA appliance refused to refund the money I paid for the non functional machine. The person working there told me that the individual that was ""suppose to check the washers for any problems, failed to do his job.""\r \r How can you admittedly claim responsibility and then blatantly refuse to refund someones money that was paid for a faulty machine.\r \r What a nightmare, I would gladly pay double or triple what I spent there to avoid having to go through all the head ache with USA appliance.\r \r These guys are slimy! \r Watch out!\r \r Jordan Pratley\r Pleasant Grove, UT. more

My wife and I went to this store to get a used washer/dryer and spoke to Mike. He was so nice and helpful. He took so much time to go over what they do and even gave us tips on how to maintain the washer/dryer. He had many to choose from and didn?t hassle us to buy anything more expensive. They ranged from $150 and up. more

NEVER AGAIN! I bought a fridge to find out it was not cooling. They wanted me to spend and additional $80.00 for them to come and get it curb side, keep it for a few days, and then they will drop it off curb side. I mean really!!I already had food that had gone bad, but who has the supplies to move a fridge and leave it on the curb all day for them to pick up! They won't even come to the house and try to fix the defective fridge they sold me. I thought it was strange that was salesman happily lowered the price when I first bought it. They also gave me the wrong glass shelves as well! Do NOT buy from USA Appliance! more

It was time to get a new washer/dryer set. I was hoping to get the newest set possible I could afford for what I was willing to spend. I searched craigslist and decided to try USA Appliance because it seemed like they had several to choose from. I went to their Salt Lake location. Although it is just a warehouse they had a lot of appliances. For being a used store I was surprised how many washer and dryer sets they had. I was promptly greeted and was able to browse a bit. My sales person explained various features of different sets and the pricing. I settled for a Whirlpool set that was sold with a one year warranty. I arranged delivery at the time of purchase. I wasn?t given an exact time when my set was to be delivered the following day but I had the day off so it wasn?t a big deal. However, my only complaint is that I was told 2 different times the day of delivery. They ended up being delivered much later in the day then originally planned. Overall my experience was hassle free. And I got a killer deal on my washer and dryer set. I would not have been able to purchase that nice of a set brand new. I would totally refer them to others that are in need of an appliance and are not opposed to purchasing used more

I want to kick myself for giving them 600.00 cash for a washing machine they told me was NEW! It is a whirlpool colbalt and they smoothly talked us into it saying it had NEVER been used and even lowered the price for us. No one there pointed out they had a NO REFUND policy. They gladly took my hard earned money and printed my receipt. After the delivery I waited an extra day for my husband to hookup the washer. Our hearts sank because it did not go through a cycle. I was so upset I couldn't eat. My husband came home early from work the second day after and loaded up the washer in our van and promptly took it back to USA for a refund. They would not give it to us and told us the owner was coming in a bit. We waited an hour and then Mike tried to convince us the washer was still good and they would deliver it back to us no charge. I tossed and turned at night over this and did NOT want it back. I did some research and found that washer does not fill up with water and does not wash all the clothes. Now it is the third day and I have NO money and no washer. I begged them to contact the owner and they did nothing of the sort. Claimed there was no way to call him. I will spread the news to everyone I know to NEVER deal with this company. This is not over for me since they have my money. DO NOT BUY from USA Appliance!! more

I paid them $450 for a fride that they never delivered to me. Then they would not give me the money back. I have talked to everyone that works at both stores over the last 4 months. Nothing but run around. The owner, Steve, will never call you back and the employees have zero authority. After 4 months, they said I had in store credit, so I reluctantly went in to claim it, and they say that they have no records. Not only no records of my transaction, but no records period. It must be illegal for a business to maintain no records, I wonder if the IRS has checked them out lately. This place is a total joke. Buyer beware, these guys will screw you over. more

I've purchased for my own use 4 appliances here in the past few years. Three of the four have worked so well I've never had to have service. The one appliance I have needed service for (it had a year warranty)...well, the service left MUCH to be desired...like return phone calls, and action, and people knowing what I was talking about when I called to check on it (repeatedly). Every time I called I was told I'd be called back. Nope. Every time I called I was told they needed to talk to someone else to find out what's going on. Every time I called I was kept in cue and currently after THREE weeks of calls, the part still isn't even ordered as far as I can tell (them too apparently!). I'm good with their appliances. Beware if you have to have something fixed though. It may be easier to order and fix it yourself...keep that in mind with the pricing. more
