great job 5/3/2012

I started looking for a car at 9 AM this morning and at two different locations. So after feeling discouraged, I decided to come to this location and I met John Smith at 6 PM on a Saturday. He was very thorough and professional and FRIENDLY! This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you John! more
