We have used US Telecenters for years to work on our Nortel system. They do a good job for us and always get out to us pretty quickly. I highly recommend these guys!

I worked (suffered) there for a couple of years. Their compensation is extremely low level and they demand much from their employees. I once left for Europe and stayed abroad for 8-10 days; at the end of the month I had to pay them for the time away! This is a true story. Their employees were a very strange mix. One person would go into the fridge and steal other workers lunches! Pizza slices would be found with bites taken out of them. When the perpetrator was discovered there was no action taken against him and the issue was never even approached by management. Also, they liked to cast an image that outweighed the cheesy nature of their business processes. more

Had a great experience 2/3/2012

I had them do some cabling and some programming work on my Avaya telephone system. They came right when they said the would and did a great job. I would definitely use them again! more

This is a great company. They just put in an Avaya IP Office phone system for me and I have nothing but the highest praise for them. Everyone from the salesman, to the project manager, all the way to the technicians who came out to install the system were awesome! They were friendly, knowledgeable and quite professional. One of the technicians who came out told me he has been there 14 years, so I felt like I was in good hands. The only negative I could say is that the service department seems really busy and it took a few hours for a someone to get back to me when I had a general question once. I think if it was an emergency though, I am guessing it would have been handled immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this company! more

I don't usually write reviews for company's I do business with. However, when I saw some of the reviews that appear to be written by past disgruntled employees, I had to comment.\r \r I have purchased two Nortel phone systems from US Telecenters over the past 15 years for two companies I have worked for. I have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. Dan is their service manager and is always willing to help me with any questions that I have about my phone system. When I do need a technician to come out, I just e-mail their service department and I almost almost always receive a response that day. \r I have also referred US Telecenters to another company where a friend of mine works and he had nothing but high praise for the company.\r \r I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them for years to come! DO NOT WORK THERE OR USE THEIR SERVICES 12/21/2009

USTeleCenters likes to give their customers the impression that they are much larger than they really are. In reality it's a ""fly by night"" operation that operates on a shoestring budget.\r \r Not only do they have a difficult time meeting payroll, they have a very difficult time servicing their customers with their two technicians. In most cases they have to subcontract their jobs, so you are not really working with a USTeleCenters employee.\r \r Additionally, the billing of their customes is extremely poor. Billing mistakes are made frequently, and getting them resolved takes forever.\r \r Customers are also frequently lied to in order to make a sale. They use high pressure sales tactics on their customers and the sales process is rushed, with not all disclosures made available to the potential customer. People are also often hired that have no knowledge of the telecommunications industry and they are provided with little to no training.\r \r If you are thinking about going with them I urge you NOT to. Cons: This is one of the worst Telecommunications companies more

US Telecenters is slave labor. They have a manager named Wendy who is extremely abusive with lots of yelling. There are lots of strange people there and they do not interfere if one of the strange people is bothering you or is threatening you; they simply let it happen. The pay is so so low, I cannot imagine how any self respecting human can live on it. They manipulate your pay and for the type of work they are the lowest paying in the business. Save yourself the insult, the rip off and the time. Don't go there. There are people out there that care more. more

This web site asks for specifics; however, this is not a review that retells a pleasant experience at a restaurant. Hopefully this message can serve to responsibly inform of negativity through more generalized means. US Telecenters is a purveyor of telemarketing services and is not recommended!\r \r As proprietor, Mr. Mullins services have proven unsatisfactory. He exudes the impression that, at his core, he is an ineffectual and therefore vexing sort. His company can not meet results, and may damage reputations in the process. Also, it struggles too much for accuracy with billing. What could be said for the other owner, Thomas Wilson? \r \r Strangely, there is plenty of clearly false information posted about the entity on its page with a chief national, non-profit consumer and business intermediary. \r \r To be brief: do not meet them, do not hire them, and protect your credit by steering clear of them. I can only tell you that are reading this ; you would only want to work there and you would only want to purchase from them because they care about your service after the sale has been made. They are the mom and pop business that this city seems to lack in other areas . I have had the pleasure of meeting Tom Wilson and this adminastration is the one that you want any family member to work for or do business with. They will work with all people and they treat all people like their special . Kudos to US TELE CENTER we need more companies like yours . more
