DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLE REPAIR RETURNS HERE!!!! I was told by apple to take my product to a UPS store and they would handle the rest. I dropped it off here and i was told "the manager handles these and he will not be in until tomorrow" . My shipment was placed in a flimsy paperboard document shipper and put on a shelf in the back. I thought this was unusual and called back the next day to see if the manager was there to talk about the situation. I was told he was not there and would be in tomorrow. I asked if my shipment had gone out and if i could get the tracking number... it had not gone out. The next day i called to talk to the manager again and got the same thing, he's not here, and will be in tomorrow.... yeah right! I had to go that evening to pick up my product (which was buried in a pile of shipments so high the clerk was falling all over them)and take it across town to another ups store, who promptly boxed it and gave me a tracking number and it only took them 3 minutes! I found out that Apple ships these for next day delivery to their repair facility. My product should have shipped on a Tues. and arrived Wed. instead i had to pick it up after work Thurs.and rush it across town to another store where, since their next pickup was Fri., my product would not be delivered until Mon. I have given up on trying to talk to the manager and resorted to the internet to warn people.
