I've had a mailbox with them for over 2 years. Very convenient since I'm living in housing that isn't permanent, but plan to stay in the area long-term. No need to go through the hassle of an address change. Can also receive packages from any carrier, unlike a PO Box. Employees are courteous and always looking to help. Night key is handy so I can pickup my mail any time.
I had packaged and shipped a computer through this location that was damaged in transit. Filed an insurance claim on the package, but getting UPS Insurance to pay up was like pulling teeth with tweezers covered in Vaseline. The owner of this UPS Store worked with me personally and was very helpful and persistent. Eventually everything was resolved. Only party I hold anything against after that mess is UPS Insurance.
These complaints about spammers are completely irrelevant, unhelpful, and should be deleted (like spam). UPS Store has nothing to do with it and can't do anything to stop it.
