When a company charges for a service, you would expect that they will complete the requested service and received payment and goodwill. Instead, I was not able to use their service due to poor attitude and incompetence of staff at the UPS store. As a result, I lost significant time fixing an issue that was prearranged and agreed on by staff at the UPS store. This cost me aggrevation as well as dollars in a lost sale.
