I spent $32 to send and receive important documents. I was advised that the return shipment would come to their store and they would call me. They claimed that this was better than the UPS driver being unable to deliver if I wasn't home. They said they would call me immediately when the package came in. Note that the first thing that happens when you go into their store is that you're asked for your phone number. They've never had a problem pulling up my phone number. After 7 days, I was concerned that I hadn't received a call from them. I went online to track my packages. My package had been sitting at the UPS store for 5 days! The company I was sending my package to received it the next day - sent it out that SAME day - and SAT at the UPS store for 5 days! The UPS store claimed they called me and got someone who didn't speak English. The employee/owner (?) then read my phone number back to me, making an obvious pause at the last number - that she read incorrectly. Word of advice - it you're not sure which number is wrong, don't pause before it - LIAR! I went in to pick up my package immediately - told her I didn't believe her story of having an incorrect phone number and that her behavior and service was inappropriate. I was offered no full or partial refund, even though for the time it took to receive them, I could have sent them through the mail for 88 cents! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I know i won't!
