Horrible Customer Service
I went to the UPS Store #3715 on 4/17/12 around 2pm to send a pre-paid package.
I ask for some tape to finish sealing my box. She replied it was a $1.00.
She said ""This is a business, nothing is for free.""
I had just come from the US Post Office and thought, well they taped up my box for free and I told her that.
She then said that I can just take my package to the post office or to the UPS Hub.
I could not believe she just told me she does not want my business now or never over 6 inches of tape.
After a bit of cooling down, I went back in to find out who the manager was so I could file a complaint. This lady claimed she was the owner and if I did not get out, she would call the police.
Are you kidding me? You are a business owner and you treat people this way? And you are still in business?
As a business owner I believe It is more important than ever to provide excellent customer service. This lady has absolutely no conception of customer service or customer retention.
As an owner (if she truly is) she should be ashamed of herself. If she is an employee/manager she should be fired.
