I booked an international flight with these guys & aside from the office being in various states of disarray the staff is rude & condescending. I had to cancel my trip on short notice due to circumstances beyond my control. After agreeing to pay their mandatory fee of $300, I waited weeks for my refund. I called numerous times and was either told to be patient or forwarded to the office managers voicemail. After months I finally decided to file a small claims court case against them. Shortly after receiving their subpoena, I get a call from the owner who wants me to meet him at his office on a sat. I obliged against my better judgment and was scolded for taking legal action. He finally wrote me a check minus the $300 fee. This was one of the worst transactions I have ever had hands down.
