Horrible customer service on the phone 11/12/2018

I have unfortunately had to cancel my appointment due to no loaner car available. The woman on the other end made me feel as if I made a horrible mistake. I asked her to reschedule me for when a loaner car was available and her response was, "now?" I said, yes please. She then said you have an appointment on December ___ and that was it. I asked her what time and also told her it would be great to verify if that was a good date for me. This would be the third time I have had to talk to someone with a very similar voice on the service line and she really needs to take customer service skills. more

GREAT commercials, worse service/small claims 5/31/2017

Had an oil leak on my 2009 S6, took it in and was charged $1,900 for the "repair" (no loaner available) and an unauthorized 75,000 mile tune up at the same time (even though I only have 60,000 on the car). The tune up and repair were not performed correctly (bolts missing, oil filter not changed, fluids not filled to specifications, etc.) I called Audi they said because they have over 150 cars coming in a week they cannot schedule my car in for over a month - should tell you something about Audi! I took it to two different Audi certified specialist who stated because of the disrepair the oil essentially went throughout the engine. After two months and $5,000 later (with a great company) I got my car back. Again, it would never have been so bad (per the other shops) if it were not for the missing bolts on the seal, etc. more

Questionable Integrity 5/8/2013

I discovered Univ Audi is recommending CityWide Towing as a preferred towing company. CityWide has been on the radio, newspaper, and TV for its extremely large tow bills charged to people whose cars it tows. I believe the use of such a tow company reflects on the integrity and honesty of the dealership and its Service Dept when it refers customers to such an outfit. I would think Univ Audi would have researched a tow company before it put its reputation on the line by recommending such an outfit. more

University Audi Fails Total Experiance 8/24/2011

Good: After having my vehicle transfered from University Audi to another Audi location the issues with my vehicle were quickly found and fixed within 3 days. THE STAR GOES TO THE OTHER AUDI SHOP FOR FIXING MY CAR.. Bad: My car sat in their shop for a month an a half unfixed. I was not updated on my vehicle status. The staff was more concerned with letting my warrenty run out so they did not have to fix the problem with my car. Personal belongings of mine went "missing" from inside and outside of my car. Lack of professionalism or concern for the well being of my car, and the lives of the people who may ride in it in the future, or may be affected by the mechanical issues they didn't have the time to figure out.. Improvements: COMMUNICATION. Punctuality, concern for human life.. Other: You buy an audi for safety and comfort, to know that you are in good hands. University Audi never made me feel like that. In fact they left me scared and insecure with the condition of my vehicle. Knowing the issues had not been seriously taken into concern. My life and the lifes of others were at risk because of the conditions that University Audi was unable to find and fix. You are not just dealing with people's car's. You are gambeling with their lives, and that is so morally wrong it is sickening.. more

Received great body work service 2/5/2010

I wanted to thank University Audi for the body work they did on my VW Rabbit. I was in a fender bender and they took care of the hood repair. There was a small issue in the beginning where they accidentally missed a few nicks in the paint but after filling out the Service Follow Up Request I received from the email, the Service GM contacted me ASAP to correct matters and in no time, I was good to go! The never made me feel like I was being a pain in pointing out their error and I am so grateful that they continued to treat me with the utmost respect, courtesy and wonderful customer service that most places don't even come close to offering. Thank you to Paavo in Service and Miles, the Service GM for turning a situation that could have been maddening to one of great expectations! Just to add, the front desk folks were very kind and engaging -which is nice when you're a customer waiting for a vehicle. It makes you feel like you're part of the "family"...JOB WELL DONE V W Audi!! I will look forward to my next V W vehicle in the late future and am grateful for the customer service your company shows us. I definitely have no problem recommending University V W Audi to anyone!!
