I actually had to do a "dry closing" because we were waiting on some paperwork from my husband (he was in Canada at the time), so all the dates would match--or something like that. As time consuming as it was--plus I had to take off the next morning as well to pay the fees to complete the closing--they were very patient with me. They explained all the charges and fees, took time to explain the automatic draft option, the property taxes, etc. My closing agent even stayed after hours to make sure I understood everything.
The entire staff there is just as nice; when everyone was leaving for the day, the receptionist even asked us if we wanted another drink before she left for the day.
