I decided to try this shoe repair shop since its not too far from where I catch my train from work. But in less than a minute I regretted this decision. I showed the shoe repairer my shoes and told him what I wanted done. Right away he took a screw driver and started to pull at the leather on my shoes in a spot that didn't need to be repaired. These were very expensive shoes and I didn't want them ruined. When I put my hand up to stop him, he told me to ""Shush! I'm a shoe repair man. I know what I'm doing."" Then I asked him to tell me what he planned to do to the shoe. He rolled his eyes and didn't answer. I knew right away that this was not the type of place that I was going to leave my shoes. I put them back in the box and left out. Avoid this place at all cost. Customer service skills are horrible and from what he ""tried"" to do to my shoes, his repairing skills aren't up to par either!
