HORRIBLE COMPANY! Ron F, one of the service guys came out, told me I needed salt, gears, -- I paid for these & monthly fee. Then he told me I needed a new filter ($700-1,000), which I couldn't afford. Here I already paid monthly fee of $110 and gears for $270; and salt for $80! Meanwhile, my pool wasn't getting cleaned & turned into a swamp. It was clear at the start! The salt stood in bags on the top side; I called office. ""Tony"" said Ron F. had another car accident--so why doesn't another employee come? (That's some excuse!) \r
Meanwhile owner Ron Curran is set to visit on Fri. @ 4PM--NO SHOW! It's been a month! I call the office, get their message machine. I'm totally a wreck! What kind of business is this! \r
Stay away from this ""United Pool Service"" if you want to keep your sanity! Here I am in the midst of a bog and don't know what to do. Is everyone avoiding work? I don't get return calls, no shows...What a way to run a business!
