First visit, I had 2 braiders. Braids in the back folded and tangled into a mess of hair but the braids in the front were smooth and uniform. I decided it was ok because I was able to work with it.\r

Second visit, I requested a particular braider to do all of my braids (a 10 hr plus job) and Tina, the owner, reluctantly agreed. Around 3am, with 1/4 of my hair still left to be done, my braider asked me to let Tina help her finish. I agreed, thinking she would surely mimic what has already been done. Again, I got folded, tangled braids. Not what I would expect from the OWNER!\r

I let Tina know that I wasn't happy and would like the folded braids to be redone by my original braider, once by phone and once in person. She has not returned my calls and is obviously not interested in fixing the problem, (which would have taken all of about an hour!).\r

Upon first contacting the shop, Tina was very professional and quite likable. DON'T BE FOOLED! There are plenty of braid shops all over Houston...consider any but this one.
Pros: Beauticians were not gossipy.
Cons: Customer Satisfaction is of low priority.
