Unexpected Productions is the best improv in the Seattle area. They are 100 times better than Spin City, which are like bunch of superbabies trying to act compared to these folk. Look on their website ahead of time to see who's performing: Gabe, Elecia and Randy (the co-founder) are DEFINITELY worth the money, but they're all good. Also, they constantly hold fun events such as international improv fests and improvathons. It's a small theater, and reasonably easy to get a good seat, but to seal the deal you should get there about 9:45 (the show starts at 10:30 on Fridays and Saturdays) because on weekend nights a line always forms.
