Wedding Tent Rental 1/2/2019

Ultimate did a phenomenal job of putting up & taking down tent. It was a December wedding, and they were complete professionals from beginning to the end. Highly recommend this company! more

Customer Service 10/10/2018

Ultimate Rental provided good customer service. Although they couldn't provide a delivery time frame when requested for the date of event, they were very polite and assured to email us as soon they knew anything and they did. The gentlemen who delivered the equipment were very polite and professional. Everything was on time and was much appreciated. more

We love using Ultimate Rental, especially calling in for Caitlyn. No matter what arises, she handles the question, the additional equipment needed, changes, whatever arises with professional ease and courtesy. She always is willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure we have exactly what our clients need for their events. The delivery service and staff are top notch and very polite and professional towards our clients, nice to have when you can't be onsite. Would recommend them for any size event, great products and even better customer service. more

Exceptional 8/23/2017

The tent was set upon time. The walls that were delivered originally were the wrong size, but that was corrected quickly and professionally. Every person that I communicated with was friendly, especially the two gentlemen that set up and removed the tent. We will use them again. Thank you! more

One stop - hazzle free 8/9/2017

This is the third year in a row that I have rented tables, chairs and highboys from Ultimate Rental. This year I stepped it up a notch and rented a stage for the DJ. Getting a quote is quick and simple. Delivery and pick up is also done quickly and professionally. Great Customer Service, quality equipment, reasonable prices and hazzle free service. I am extremely pleased with Ultimate Rental Services. more

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY 6/23/2017

Right in the middle of the festivities, it started raining!! But with a tent and tables and chairs from Ultimate Rental Services, Inc. we were covered and even got a bit cozy. Then the sun came out again, and we regrouped around the yard. Having your services saved our day!!! THANK YOU for that!!! more
