When I bought a residence, I had money witheld in escrow to make repairs that the seller was supposed to do after closing. The seller didn't do the work so I called Old Towne to use the money that was held by them to do the work. Old Towne had already given the money back to the seller without informing me. They shouldn't have given the money back to the seller without checking with me to see if the work had been done. So I was left high and dry without the work done or the money to get it done.
