Morninglory is on State Street, and is a great place to get music. They have a large selection to choose from and carry a lot of hard to find music. And if they don't have it, they will order it for you. They also buy used cd's. The people who work there are very helpful, friendly and know what they're talking about. I would definitely recommend to anyone to give this place a try before you go to Tower Records, Best Buy or any other music store. more

Great selection! 9/16/2005

Located right on State Street, Morningglory is a great place to buy hard to find music. They will order it for you & have it within a few days! Plus the selection in the store is large & easy to navigate through.. Friendly & helpful staff. Plus they will buy your old used CD’s for cash or credit. more

Music Shop 8/15/2005

Morning glory is a music shop located on state street in downtown santa barbara. They carry a wide variety of cds to choose from. They used to have a store in Isla Vista until a few years ago that I enjoyed going to. At Morning glory they will buy your used cds for cash so many students sell back there old cds there, thus adding to the collection at morning glory. These days I dont like paying full price for a cd so I always check if they have it at morning glory and more times than not they have what I am looking for. Also the morning glory sticker is really cool so pick one up next time you are close by. more
